Hotel booked under the platform “MyTourCapital” cancellation policy is as
follows:
• MyTourCapital offers a 100% refund for hotel cancellations made in advance.

• Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 days to your bank account for advance cancellations.

• Simply login on website or sign in the application, customer can able to cancel
a hotel booking for free until the free cancellation ends, The cancellation
policy for each hotel may vary. You can check the cancellation policy for the
hotel you are booking at the time of booking or on your hotel voucher.
MyTourCapital is not responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel.
